Quiet and peaceful. This one-story condominium is part of a triplex. However, it is like a home, in that the other two units are across the breezeway, so there are no adjoining walls to other units. Single story with no one above. Pin-drop quiet.

Deer, birds and other gifts of nature. Rarely is there a day when deer don't pass by. Sometimes, 6-8 together. A myriad of small birds are always zipping around. Quail hop up on the patio fence posts. Woodpeckers pound on the trees. Geese often walk on the golf course. Rabbits are everywhere. An occasional red fox presses his nose against the breakfast nook window. White Egrets and Wild Turkeys visit the golf course. A wonderful home from which to simply watch the animals.

Golf - Oakmont has two 18-hole public courses. Our home is on the Executive course. The pro shop is a 100 yard walk. The second course is a five-minute drive. Either way, you'll love these beautiful courses.
